Another important Newcastle player is lost for the Chelsea match.

When Newcastle plays Chelsea following the international break, they will be missing at least TEN players, and Lewis Hall will also be sidelined because of a loan agreement condition.

Hall is our sole available left-back, as Dan Burn (back) and Matt Targett (hamstring) are both out until the New Year.

However, because of the conditions of his summer transfer from Chelsea, he is not allowed to play, even if the agreement is for a loan to purchase.

Sven Botman, Callum Wilson, Elliot Anderson, Harvey Barnes, Jacob Murphy, Javier Manquillo, and Sandro Tonali will also be out for us.

Against the Blues, one of Tino Livramento or Kieran Trippier will undoubtedly play down the left.

Though The Telegraph revealed yesterday that he has an outside chance of making the game, it is unclear if Miguel Almiron will recover from a hamstring injury in time. Alexander Isak is expected to return during the international break.

Howe stated last week that Barnes is getting close to making a comeback, but he won’t be able to play until December after the break.

We also need to hope that Fabian Schar recovers well, as he is scheduled to miss Switzerland’s opening game of the break due to a “muscular problem.”
