Throughout the season, the Green Bay Packers have struggled with numerous serious injuries. Despite their modest record of 6-7, they hold the final slot in the NFC Playoff picture. With four games left, it’s becoming increasingly important for the NFC teams to win because they all have identical 6-7 records. But these games will also get harder and worse because of their injuries.
Packers Updates
The Packers released their first injury report of the week along with projections for each player’s practice status on Wednesday despite not practicing. Jayden Reed, a rookie wide receiver, was one of the new names on this report.
After hitting his head on the ground during Monday night’s 24-22 loss to the New York Giants, Reed had a concussion evaluation. Until today, Green Bay has not released any information about his situation.
Reed is listed as having an ankle injury on the injury report, but thankfully did not sustain a concussion. Although the extent of the injury is unknown, Reed has stated that he will be available for Sunday’s game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
