The Philadelphia Phillies are frequently mentioned when discussing tradeable or free agents. The Phillies have demonstrated that they will act aggressively to complete any upgrade that they deem worthy of moving forward with.
Dave Dombrowski understands that this could be Philadelphia’s greatest opportunity to win a World Series. Trea Turner, Aaron Nola, Bryce Harper, and the other key players aren’t getting any younger.
Cody Bellinger may be one of the choices available to the Phillies.

Bellinger is an intriguing match, though, since the team already has three left-handed hitters who start every game. That isn’t necessarily a problem, but if the Phillies decide to move, they may choose to add a right-handed hitting outfielder.
Nick Castellanos had terrible postseasons, thus the team might feel compelled to take action. Although it appears that Philadelphia is finished, it is still early, and they will continue to work to improve their club. Don’t count on this front office.
