Christian Watson of the Packers is out against the Giants on Monday night due to a hamstring issue.
GREEN BAY, WI Christian Watson, a wide receiver for the Green Bay Packers, is out for Monday night’s game against the New York Giants because of a hamstring injury.
Watson was declared out of the game on the Packers’ injury report, which was released on Saturday. Late in the fourth quarter of the Packers’ 27-19 victory over the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday, Watson suffered a hamstring injury.
Prior to his injury, Watson had seven receptions for 71 yards and two touchdowns against the Chiefs. He has 28 catches for 422 yards and five touchdowns this season, including four touchdowns during the Packers’ current three-game winning streak.

Christian is undoubtedly a key component of our offense, according to Packers head coach Matt LaFleur on Saturday. I believe he’s finally found his rhythm. It took him a while to get going in our system this year, so (not having him) is clearly not fantastic. It’s unfortunate because he has been making so many amazing plays in the last few weeks. However, I’m happy with the other guys. They’ve really grown, in my opinion, and we have a lot of players who can fill in at different positions to help make up for that loss.

Quay Walker, a linebacker for the Packers, is questionable for Monday night’s matchup against the Giants (4-8). Safety Darnell Savage (chest), running back Aaron Jones (knee), cornerback Eric Stokes (hamstring), and cornerback Jaire Alexander (shoulder) are all doubtful.
Walker, who leads the club in tackles this season with 92, participated in every defensive action for the Packers (6–6) against the Chiefs. Jones has missed two games in a row, and Alexander has missed four in a row. Savage missed five games due to a calf injury before making his comeback on Sunday.
Stokes has only made one appearance this season and is on the injured reserve, but he participated fully in practice this week. The Oct. 22 loss at Denver saw the 2021 first-round pick return from a foot injury to play four special teams snaps; however, he injured his hamstring the same day and hasn’t played since.
