Buffalo Rumblinks, 12/20: Bills open window for DT DaQuan Jones to return
NEWS NOW: Buffalo Rumblinks, 12/20: The Bills are giving DT DaQuan Jones time to….
Early in the season, the Buffalo Bills lost defensive tackle DaQuan Jones, cornerback Tre’Davious White, and All-Pro linebacker Matt Milano due to injuries sustained on the defensive side of the ball.
Buffalo’s defense has survived despite the injuries, and they may have played their finest game of the season on Sunday as they shut down the highest-scoring offense in the league, defeating the Dallas Cowboys 31-10.
In this edition of Buffalo Rumblinks, we talk about how the defense may be able to get back DaQuan Jones, one of its injured studs, as the team has extended Jones’ 21-day return-to-play window.

Head coach Sean McDermott announced to media on Tuesday that Jones’s official practice window has opened. Jones has been out since sustaining a pectoral injury during the team’s Week 5 loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars.
McDermott told the media, “I don’t expect him to play at this point (on Saturday), but it’s good to have him back starting to work again.”
With 2.5 sacks and five quarterback hits through the first five games of the season, Jones has solidified his reputation as a reliable run stuffer and established himself as one of the league’s most underappreciated pass rushers.
