2024 Miami Hurricanes Transfer Portal Tracker
Miami Hurricanes Transfer Portal News
The Transfer Portal will have a significant effect on the Miami Hurricanes football roster in 2024. For instance, as of this writing on November 27, 2023, there are four Canes in the Transfer Portal today alone.
News on players joining and leaving the University of Miami football team will be updated on this page via the Transfer Portal. Make a note of this page and return often!
More Hurricanes football information can also be found on the AllHurricanes Facebook page and Twitter account, @AllHurricanes.
Updated Dec. 16, 10:25 p.m.
Perhaps in part due to the Miami Hurricanes’ deep running back room, Don Chaney, Jr. is now transferring to the Louisville Cardinals.
Chaney has 175 carries, 852 yards, a 4.9 average, and 6 touchdowns in his four seasons with the Hurricanes. I wish Chaney well as he plays for the Cardinals in the future.
Here is the most recent list of Miami players who are leaving and joining again:
Dedicated to the Canes’ safety, Vanderbilt to Miami, Savon Riley
Defensive tackle CJ Clark from North Carolina State to Miami
Colbie Young, Wide Receiver, departs Miami
Chantz Williams, linebacker
Linebacker Corey Flagg, Jr.
Quarterback Tyler Van Dyke, Miami to Wisconsin
Running back Don Chaney, Jr., Miami to Louisville
Skinner, Jaleel, Tight End
Miami to SMU’s Jahfari Harvey, a defensive end
