Packers will play the Cowboys in the playoffs
The Packers are the seventh seed in the NFC playoffs and will play the No. 2 Dallas Cowboys in a wild-card round game on Sunday, Jan. 14. Kickoff is set for 3:30 p.m. at AT&T Stadium.

Love throws for 316 yards and two touchdowns and to help the Packers clinch a wild-card spot in his first season as Packers’ starting quarterback.

Packers looking to run out the clock with 2 minutes left
Jones loses three yards on first down putting the Packers in dangerous territory inside the 5 but Luke Musgrave finds an open spot in the middle and picks up 10 yards to set up a 3rd and 3. Love throws a perfect strike to Reed for 15 yards and a first down. and then Jones goes for 8 yards to get the Packers in better position at the 38. Jones goes over 100 yards on his next carry, a 3-yard gain an a first down. Jones has 19 carries for 102 yards. Jones also has 5 catches for 30 yards after a 5-yard gain with 3:02 to go. On 3rd and 8 from the Packers’ 43 with 2:24 to play, the Packers find Kraft in stride over the middle for a first down. The Packers should clinch a playoff spot with that catch as the Bears have no more timeouts with 2 minutes left.

Packers get ball back up eight points with 6 minutes left
On 2nd and 6 from the 36, Fields hits Herbert on the run for 16 yards and a first down at the 48. Fields then keeps it on the next play and picks up 6 yards, Jonathan Owens comes in late but the officials do not throw a flag. The Packers stuff the next running play, and on 3rd and 5 from the 43, Gary deflects Fields’ pass incomplete. However, the Bears draw an offsides penalty on Gary and get a first down at the Green Bay 38. Fields is replaced due to concussion protocol by Nathan Peterman. Peterman hands off to Johnson for four yards and Fields returns. On 2nd and 6, the Bears are called for a hold forcing a replay of the down back at the 44. Brooks then Sacks Fields for a 6-yard loss forcing a 3rd and 22. A throw intended for Moore is incomplete and the Bears have to punt with 6:08 to play. The Packers take over on their own 6-yard line.

Packers forced to kick field goal after TD review favors Bears
On first down from the 29, Reed comes from one side of the field in motion all the way around to the other, gets off the jam and catches a 59-yard throw from Love to immediately put the Packers in scoring position at the 13. On 3rd and 4 from the 7, Love fires a perfect strike to Melton in the end zone, but after review the play is ruled incomplete after it is ruled that Melton is out of bounds and the Packers lead, 17-9 after a 25-yard field goal by Carlson.

Bears settle for another field goal
On 3rd and 7, Fields juggles a catch that is enough for a first down. The Packers challenge and the call but it is ruled a catch. at the Green Bay 44. Fields then throws deep to Kmet for 27 yards. On 1st and 10 from the Packers’ 17, Fields tries the end zone and the ball is incomplete. On 3rd and 10 from the 17, Carrington Valentine can’t come up with an interception in the end zone and the Packers and Santos kicks another field goal to make the score 14-9 with 13 minutes left.

Jordan Love loses fumble to Bears
Melton breaks a tackle on an end-around and ends up gaining 12 yards to the Packers’ 32-yard line. A four-yard gain By Jones on second down gives the Packers a 1st and 10 at the Bears’ 42. on third and 2 from the 48, Love changes the play and runs toward the sidelines for the first down, but Tyrique Stevenson forces a fumble. The Bears recover and have the ball at their own 42 with 1:17 left in the third.

Another third down sack by Packers
The Bears start from their own 22 and Herbert picks up 8 yards. Fields calls his own number and gets 7 yards for a first down. Johnson picks up six yards and then Fields scrambles out of the pocket and picks up the first down after a 4-yard gain. On first down from the Bears’ 49, Herbert slips and gains only a yard. Two plays later on 3rd and 7, Fields is sacked by Quay Walker and Preston Smith, forcing a punt.

Wicks’ touchdown from Love gives Packers’ 14-6 advantage
The Packers continue to move the ball as Love an Wicks connect for 9 yards on the first play of the half. After a two-yard run by Jones, throw to Melton gives for 17 yards and then Jones breaks through the second level for another 17 yards at the 30-yard line. Bears defensive back Terell Smith is injured on on the play. Jones gets 7 yards on the next play and then Malik Heath’s short grab for 4 yards gives the Packers another first down. Jones gets another carry for three yards and then again for 4. On 3rd and 3 from the 13, Love finds Wicks over the middle over the middle inside the five-yard line and then Wicks does the rest to give the Packers a 14-6 lead after the extra point with 9:37 left in the third quarter.
