There are probably many more things Jason Kelce is not going to miss once he announces his retirement. But getting hit in the head repeatedly has to be right at the top of that list. Players who are normally within the line of scrimmage are usually the ones who suffer the most head trauma and the ones that can get further complications from CTE.
