The Green Bay Packers have certainly seen a number of NFC North rival quarterbacks over the last three decades. While the Packers managed to find success with Aaron Rodgers and Brett Favre, the Lions, Bears, and Vikings have seen their fair share of quarterback turnover since the 1990s.Now it would appear that one more rival quarterback is hanging up his cleats for good.
