According to ESPN, the Titans and Sneed have negotiated the outline of an agreement over recent days and Bleacher Report claims Sneed will earn an average of $19m over four years, with $55m guaranteed.

The move is set to be formalized once Sneed passes his physical. The 27-year-old was part of the team that won a second successive Super Bowl in Las Vegas in February.

Sneed was selected in the fourth round of the 2020 NFL draft and went on to establish himself as an important part of Andy Reid’s defense.

It’s claimed that, unless a good offer arrived, Kansas City was willing to pay the cornerback to be on the franchise tag for the 2024/25 season.
