With Alabama set to begin spring football practice in just two weeks, we decided to take a closer look at the Crimson Tide roster by breaking it down by class, seniors to early enrollees.
We conclude with the freshman class, which is the team’s largest group. This spring, Alabama will have 13 redshirt freshmen and 22 true freshmen on its roster before the rest of the 2023 class enrolls this summer. Players like Keon Keeley, Yhonzae Pierre and Richard Young are not yet on campus, so they aren’t included here – though they easily could have been. The ones we did mention could step into significant roles in either their first or second years of college.
