The top player for the Tiger Cats received a sacked note while displaying a beseeching expression and tears in his eyes.

The Hamilton Tiger-Cats added two players and focused on defense. On Tuesday, Hamilton signed defensive back Michael Jacquet and linebacker Ray Wilborn, both of whom were former NFL players.

After playing in two games with the Denver Broncos in 2022, Wilborn joined the New York Giants of the NFL the following year. The Green Bay Packers, Pittsburgh Steelers, and Atlanta Falcons are among the other NFL teams that will make appearances in 2020–2022.

After completing his final two years at Ball State, where he recorded 166 tackles, 12.5 tackles for loss, 12 pass deflections, four interceptions, three sacks, and two forced fumbles in 24 games, he began his collegiate career in 2016 at Garden City Community College.

In eight games, Jacquet recorded 18 tackles, three pass deflections, and one sack while seeing action with the Philadelphia Eagles and Jacksonville Jaguars. In 2022, he was a member of the New York Giants as well.

Between 2016 and 2019, Jacquet played in 46 games for the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, recording 85 tackles, four interceptions, and one sack. He was also utilized as a wide receiver for the program, adding 46 grabs for 494 yards and three touchdowns.
