Ajax Amsterdam have just announced another unexpected great signing…
Erik ten Hag will become the next permanent manager of Manchester United; all that’s left to do is for the contract to be signed and a simple agreement to be reached with Ajax.
The agreement is anticipated to be for a three-year initial period, with the club having the option to extend it by another year.
On March 31, Sky Sports News said that Ten Hag was leading the pack to replace Mauricio Pochettino. According to people close to the manager and Ajax, negotiations had already taken place over how to handle an announcement and compensation, which was estimated to be less than £2 million.

But Ajax doesn’t want the rumors to continue because they continue to be a source of distraction. To avoid inquiries about the manager’s future, they have turned down requests from English media and stopped granting access to press conferences.
Reporter Gary Cotterill of Sky Sports News spoke with supporters of Ajax over the speculation that their manager, Erik ten Hag, is going to take over at Manchester United.
Although Sky Sports News discovered last week that all the important parameters had been agreed upon in principle, United maintains that a deal has not yet been completed.
Though neither side is concerned about the process, Ten Hag’s coaching staff at Old Trafford still needs to be finalized.
