Florida State football wants to have a successful 2024 season after they accomplished an undefeated regular season and a conference championship last year. Head football coach Mike Norvell wants his program to have long-term sustainable success.
The Seminoles have a combined 23-4 record over the past two years, but the squad will be welcoming in several new contributors who will be looking to make a name for themselves.
It is not exactly a murder row of opponents for Florida State during the 2024 season, but it does present some challenges if they are not careful. Overall, it will be a fun home slate for spectators in Doak Campbell Stadium as they will play Boston College on Labor Day Night as well as welcoming in teams such as Clemson and Florida.
But what about the road opponents? Who will be the Seminoles’ toughest opponent away from home this upcoming season?
Let’s go away and break it down a little bit. Florida State will play Georgia Tech (Dublin, Ireland), SMU, Duke, Miami, and Notre Dame in new environments. The noteworthy games that most fans will mention will be the games versus Miami and Notre Dame.
