The heated incident started when Bears wide receiver Darnell Mooney went down near the sidelines after a hit.
Chicago running back Khalil Herbert wasn’t happy with Lions linebacker Alex Anzalone for his part in the play and let him know his thoughts.
Some pushing and shoving ensued as players from both teams rushed over to the scene of the hit.
Anzalone chirped back at the Bears before Lions defensive back Kerby Joseph stepped in to get Anzalone away from the fracas.

However, rather bizarrely, Anzalone and Joseph briefly wrestled with each other before eventually seperating.
It’s unclear why they momentarily turned on each other, but it could have been because Anzalone mistook Joseph for an opposing player.
Either that or he was shrugging off his teammate to let him know he had things under control.
