The New York Giants were on a three-game winning streak going into their Week 15 encounter with the New Orleans Saints.
New Orleans entered as slight favorites, and the Giants were seeking to win their fourth straight game against the Saints, who had lost three of their previous four.
Regretfully, the Giants appeared to be the same squad that they had earlier in the season, which resulted in poor offensive line play and missed passes and sacks.
Unlike every other game during the winning run, the defense was unable to force turnovers, and the offense struggled to muster much of an offensive output throughout the contest. They hardly appeared either.
