Confirmed: Eric Dier starts for Tottenham Hotspur against Wolves.

Ange Postecoglou, the manager of Tottenham, has announced his starting lineup and replacements for his team’s Premier League matchup against Wolves at Molineux this afternoon.

The Australian has been forced to make multiple changes to an otherwise stable starting eleven that he used to play because of the squad’s injury problems.

Ben Davies will partner Eric Dier in the starting eleven, forming a makeshift backline at the center of the defense.

In the middle of the park, Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg will be paired with Yves Bissouma and Pape Matar Sarr. Hojbjerg also has an opportunity to start.

Tottenham’s starting lineup will be led by Heung-Min Son, with Dejan Kulusevski and Brennan Johnson providing width and inventiveness to the lineup on either side of him.

In the Black Country, Tottenham’s bench options today include Giovani Lo Celso and Rodrigo Bentancur.

At Wolves today, Postecoglou will be hoping that his Spurs team can overcome their injury woes and resume their winning ways.
